      Standard general return service is applicable to all conventional daily purchased goods, covering all ordinary shopping scenarios and daily consumption scenarios, with no restriction on common product types.
Return Requirements
      All returned goods must be completely unused, intact and flawless, with full original official packages and complete supporting accessories, and no artificial defects, scratches, pollution or disassembly traces.
Service Commitment
      We will try our best to carefully review, verify and process all valid and compliant return requests submitted by users, and steadily complete all follow-up settlement and service closing work within a reasonable and standardized service cycle.
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
